The Illinois Tourism Alliance (ITA) is a federation of tourism-related industry associations, government agencies, destination marketing organizations, and affiliated private-sector partners. What We Do
Working together with the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity, Bureau of Tourism, the ITA focuses its energy in three areas. Members and partners benefit from:

• Advocacy - Getting involved at a grass roots level and making a difference in the tourism industry.
• Education - Learning about best practices, the latest trends, and what's next for Illinois tourism.
• Information Resources - Having access to local and national research and data, as well as to our member and partner directory.
