Hilton Springfield Terms and Conditions GUARANTEE/NO SHOW POLICY: All guestroom reservations must be guaranteed. Guests must guarantee their reservation with a credit card, reservation fee or direct bill. Please be advised any guaranteed reservation that does not check-in on the arrival date will be billed for the first night's room and tax and the remaining dates will be cancelled. Guests may cancel their reservation 24 hours prior to the day of arrival without penalty. EARLY DEPARTURE FEE: In the event a guest who has reserved a room for the Illinois Governor's Conference on Tourism checks out prior to their check-out date, the hotel will assess an early check-out fee of $25 to that guest's individual account.
